The conference, convened to discuss issues concerning the Indian State and Revolution where it’s principal aim was to theoretically and ideologically arm the writers, readers and distributors of Mazdoor Ekta Lehar and People’s Voice.

The US forcibly took over the arms report on Iraq from the UN Security Council President, and says that it will not be shown to the non-permanent non-nuclear members of the Security Council.
