It is a struggle to establish a Republic that upholds Dharm and guarantees prosperity and protection for all members of society.

Call of the Ghadaris – Revolution

The Hindustan Ghadar Party, which was formed by Indian immigrants in North America and dared to organise a revolutionary uprising that shook the British Empire in 1915-16, has inspired several generations of Indian revolutionaries. It inspired Shaheed Bhagat Singh and other revolutionaries during the twenties and the following decades. In the sixties and seventies, it inspired communists to organise among Indians abroad in support of the Indian revolution and against racist attacks. It continues to inspire and guide the work of the Communist Ghadar Party of India and others who are striving to liberate Indian society from all forms of exploitation and enslavement.

The report Whither India? was presented by Lal Singh, General Secretary of the Communist Ghadar Party of India, on behalf of its Central Committee, at the Third Consultative Conference of CGPI held in Delhi on December 23-24, 1995. The report was released for discussion in March 1996, by decision of the Third Consultative Conference. Subsequently the Central Committee adopted this report and the Second Congress of the Party, held in October 1998 considered it to be a major landmark in the work to establish the General Line for this period.
