Presidential Elections, 2017: The issue is not who becomes the President, but ensuring that sovereignty vests in the people

Election to the post of President will be held in India on 17 July 2017, and counting will be done on 20 July, five days before the term of President Shri Pranab Mukherji expires. Ram Nath Kovind, former Governor of Bihar, has been announced as the candidate of the ruling BJP-led NDA alliance. Meira Kumar, the former Speaker of Lok Sabha, is the Congress-led opposition's candidate.

Public meeting in Hanumangarh, Rajasthan on the occasion of the 157th anniversary of the great Ghadar of 1857

The Lok Raj Sangathan (Rajasthan state council) organized a well attended public meeting at the Ram Manohar Lohia Senior Secondary School on May 10, 2014. This was the day the heroic soldiers of Meerut Cantonment unfurled the banner of revolt against the East India Company. The theme of the meeting was “the class character of the Indian state”.

On December 25, 2013, the Communist Ghadar Party of India completed 33 years since its founding. The occasion was marked by celebrations organized by the party organizations in different regions of the country. The Central Committee had previously planned to organize a series of Party Schools in different regions.

100 years ago Ghadar Party was formed by Indians in the US.It was historic milestone in our anti-colonial struggle.

The goal of this party was to organise a revolution to liberate our motherland from British servitude and establish a free and independent India with equal rights for all. It believed this to be the necessary condition for our people to hold their heads high anywhere in the world.
