Hung Assembly in Delhi: What should the working class and people do?

On 6th July 2014, a political meeting was organized in Delhi by Lok Raj Sangathan (LRS). The meeting discussed the political situation in Delhi and charted a course of political action in the interests of the working class and people of Delhi. A correspondent of the Mazdoor Ekta Lehar covered the meeting.

Condemn the electricity rate hike in Delhi as an attack on people’s livelihood!

Statement of the Delhi Regional Committee of Communist Ghadar Party of India, 10th July, 2012

On 26th June, the Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (DERC) announced a new tariff schedule with a 25-27% hike in the rates of electricity for the Delhi domestic consumers. In less than one year, residents of Delhi are being made to pay about 65% more for a unit of electricity, in addition to 33% higher fixed monthly charges.

Against the conviction of Dr. Binayak Sen: Forward with the struggle against state terrorism and in defence of the right to conscience

On December 24, 2010 Dr. Binayak Sen was convicted by a Raipur Sessions Court on charges of "sedition" and "waging war against the Indian state" and sentenced to life imprisonment. He has been charged under various sections of the IPC, the Chhattisgarh Special Public Safety Act and the UAPA.

100 years ago Ghadar Party was formed by Indians in the US.It was historic milestone in our anti-colonial struggle.

The goal of this party was to organise a revolution to liberate our motherland from British servitude and establish a free and independent India with equal rights for all. It believed this to be the necessary condition for our people to hold their heads high anywhere in the world.
