Submitted by bk on Sat, 04/03/2017 - 19:20

Events in Tamilnadu since the death of former Chief Minister Jayalalithaa have led to heightened anger among the people. The sordid spectacle of intense dogfight within the ruling party, the kidnapping of “people’s representatives” by the faction in command and physical clashes within the Legislative Assembly have all aroused the people’s indignation.

Ukraine crisis deepens

Submitted by cgpiadmin on Fri, 16/05/2014 - 20:30

Ukraine is being relentlessly pushed into deeper and deeper crisis, threatening its very existence as a sovereign country. The US imperialists and their NATO allies are directly responsible for this terrible situation. They set loose their fascist agencies in Ukraine to spread anarchy and violence in the capital Kiev and other cities.

On the occasion of the 193rd Birth Anniversary of Karl Marx

Submitted by sampu on Mon, 02/05/2011 - 02:30

In our country at the present time, the party that is promoted as “the Marxist Party” has turned Marxism into such a grotesque caricature that masses of working people are rebelling against its rule in West Bengal. Far from arming the working class to become the ruling class, the Communist Party of India (Marxist) has committed itself to managing the rule of the capitalist class. It has merged with the existing capitalist state and its multi-party representative democracy. It has unleashed police repression and brutal violence against peasants and others so as to seize their land and hand it over to capitalist monopolies.

Working class representatives from all over the country are gathering on 4th September, at a time when a titanic struggle is going on in our country.
