They will coordinate with electricity and coal workers to organize a united All India strike of energy sector workers in the near future. On 9 December 2022, the United Forum of IDBI Officers and Employees organised a dharna outside the IDBI Bank head office, Cuffe Parade, Mumbai, to oppose the privatization of IDBI.
