An important public meeting was organized under the initiative of Lok Raj Sangathan on 10th May 2015, under the banner, “The lessons of history must not be forgotten”. The meeting was to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the defeat of Nazi Germany.
Mayday was observed jointly by working class organisations in cities and industrial areas throughout the country. Workers across various industries and trades joined the rallies. The working class honoured its martyrs with the hoisting of the red flag in their factories and residential colonies. Rallies, marches and meetings were organized in various places.
Members and supporters of CGPI assembled at 7 o'clock in the morning on 1 May 2015 at the Party Central Office in Delhi on the occasion of May Day. Comrades saluted the martyrs of Chicago and committed to intensify the struggle of the working class.
The Ministry of Labour has issued a Draft Labour Code on Industrial Relations Bill, 2015. It convened a tripartite meeting on May 6, 2015 to discuss the Bill. The trade unions have criticized the proposed Bill and have said that the consultations in this regard were a "farce". "As per the ILO convention 141, the interested parties should be consulted at time of drafting legislation.
The Minister of Labour and Employment, Bandaru Dattatreya, announced in early April that the government planned to introduce amendments to the Child Labour Prohibition Act in the current session of Parliament. The proposed amendments have been sent to the Cabinet for approval.
In a massive rally in Delhi on April 28, 2015, Central government employees announced their decision to go on an indefinite strike from November 23, 2015. They placed a 10 point charter of demands to the government.
A country wide strike by crores of road transport workers against the Road Transport and Safety Bill 2014 took place on April 30, 2015. Between 6 am and 6 pm, on that day, in all states of the Indian union, autos, buses — both private and public, and also goods transporters struck work in protest against the Bill which is totally against their interests.
The 9th of May this year marks the 70th anniversary of the defeat of Nazi Germany in the Second World War, at the hands of the anti-fascist peoples and governments headed by the Soviet Union.
Lenin established in his brilliant book called “Imperialism, the Highest Stage of Capitalism”, written in 1916, that global capitalism had entered a new epoch by the end of the 19th century. He enumerated five characteristic features of capitalism at its highest stage of imperialism.
The first part of this pamphlet is an analysis of facts and phenomena to identify and expose the real aims behind the Note Ban. The second part is devoted to a critical appraisal of the government’s claims that it will reduce inequality, corruption and terrorism. The third part is what Communist Ghadar Party believes is the real solution to these problems and the immediate program of action towards that solution.

A Presentation of Communist Ghadar Party of India
100 years ago Ghadar Party was formed by Indians in the US.It was historic milestone in our anti-colonial struggle.
The goal of this party was to organise a revolution to liberate our motherland from British servitude and establish a free and independent India with equal rights for all. It believed this to be the necessary condition for our people to hold their heads high anywhere in the world.

It is between the majority whose labour expands wealth and the minority who enjoy the fruits of wealth creation on the basis of their private property and positions of power.
