Air India management gets the support of the Courts in attacking the rights of its employees

A fierce struggle between the management of Air India and its employees has been going on in recent years.

The Union government and the management of Air India have been relentlessly pursuing the course of wrecking Air India, as a prelude to its complete privatization. On the other hand, the workers unions have been steadfastly opposing the wrecking activities and privatization drive.
