The ruling capitalist class is using all the weapons in its arsenal to break the growing unity of workers and peasants against the privatisation and liberalisation program. Spreading fear about “Islamic terrorism” and “Sikh terrorism”, advocating revenge against Muslims for crimes committed by kings hundreds of years ago, spreading lies and unleashing violence against religious minorities– these are some of the many diabolical methods that are regularly deployed by the rulers, to set people against each other.

MEL: Babri Masjid was demolished 28 years ago, on December 6, 1992. On September 30, the CBI court in Lucknow pronounced innocent all the people the CBI had charged with conspiring to demolish the mosque. Earlier, in August, the Prime Minister himself laid the foundation stone for a Ram Temple at the site of the demolished mosque. What does the Communist Ghadar Party hope to achieve by continuing the struggle for punishment of the guilty?

Babri Masjid Demolition Case:

No Justice unless those in Command are held Responsible

The Supreme Court has ordered the CBI Special Court to deliver the final verdict in the Babri Masjid demolition case by 30th September.  Several senior leaders of BJP, RSS, Bajrang Dal and Durga Vahini stand accused in this case, including Lal Kishan Advani, Murli Manohar Joshi, Kalyan Singh, Uma Bharti, Vinay Katiyar and Sadhvi Ritambhara.  All of them have been accused of having conspired to demolish the 15th century mosque on 6th December, 1992, and of having delivered hate speeches against Muslims prior to the demolition.
