Oppose the proposed amendments to the Delhi School Education Act

The Delhi state government recently passed three blls in the state assembly, Delhi School Education (Amendment) Bill, 2015, Delhi School (Verification of Accounts and Refund of Excess Fee) Bill, 2015, and Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education (Delhi Amendment) Bill, 2015.

Statement of the Central Committee of Communist Ghadar Party of India, 21st August, 2015

In place of capital-centered reforms, the working class fights for the implementation of human-centered reforms.  Instead of being oriented to maximize capitalist profits, the economy and government policy must be reoriented to maximize the degree of fulfillment of human needs, both material and cultural... The human-centered agenda of economic reorientation will not be implemented by BJP or Congress Party.  Only a political front led by the working class and including the peasants and other oppressed sections will have the interest and capacity to end the capital-centered orientation.

Condemn the fascist Gujarat Control of Terrorism and Organised Crime Bill 2015

The Gujarat State Assembly passed the Gujarat Control of Terrorism and Organised Crime Bill 2015 (GCTOC), on March 31, 2015. The bill retains the essential draconian provisions of an earlier bill, named the Gujarat Control of Organised Crime (GUJCOC) Bill.

100 years ago Ghadar Party was formed by Indians in the US.It was historic milestone in our anti-colonial struggle.

The goal of this party was to organise a revolution to liberate our motherland from British servitude and establish a free and independent India with equal rights for all. It believed this to be the necessary condition for our people to hold their heads high anywhere in the world.
