Workers are extremely angry because the Corporation has been continuously violating their just rights. In 2002, the Corporation had recruited bus assistants, but they are not being regularised. In spite of acceptance by the government, the Corporation management is going back on its obligation to give dearness allowance to the contract employees. Other contract employees (cleaners, piece meal workers, women water carriers, etc.) are also not getting regularised.
