Under the banner of the Chhattisgarh Officers-Employees Federation, all government employees will go on strike from July 25 to 29 in support of their demands. 28 organisations of government employees are jointly spearheading the strike.
The government employees are demanding a hike in dearness allowance, and housing and other allowances as per the 7th Pay Commission. They have declared they will strike work from July 25 to 28. On June 29, around 4 lakh government employees will take mass leave.
