Unite to establish a new state that ensures prosperity and protection for all!

Statement of the Central Committee of Communist Ghadar Party of India, 28^th November, 2014

The demolition of Babri Masjid revealed that the present Indian state and all its institutions are instruments of state terrorism. Far from fulfilling the duty of ensuring security and prosperity for the people, this state is an instrument of the biggest monopolies to enrich themselves through the savage exploitation of the land, labour and natural resources of our people. State terrorism, the targeting of this or that community for genocidal massacres, is a preferred weapon in its arsenal to smash the unity of the people.

Lessons for the working class and people

This year marks the 100^th anniversary of the outbreak of World War I, which was the biggest conflagration known to man until that time. It involved more than 70 million combatants and left more than 16 million people dead, and wrought colossal damage on the world’s peoples.

It is with great interest that I read the article entitled `The debate on “Black Money” and its recovery” in the November 15-30, 2014 issue of MEL, and it is my view that this article should be compulsory reading for all those in the revolutionary camp, as well for all those who are interested in knowing what are the nuts and bolts of the economy.

With respect to the statement on the Assembly Elections in Jammu & Kashmir dated 22nd November, 2014 and carried in the December 1-15, 2014 issue of MEL, it is my view also that “Without repealing AFSPA and ending Army rule, there can be no solution to the Kashmir problem.”
