Condemn the central government’s attack on the rights of defence workers!

On 25th June it had been reported on the CGPI website that defence employees have resolved to unitedly oppose the decision of the central government to dismantle the Ordnance Factory Board (OFB) and convert it into 7 corporations. In an extended meeting of the federations on 27th June it was decided to serve a strike notice to the concerned authorities on 8th July, of an indefinite strike starting from 26th July.

US seeks to rally its allies around its agenda of world domination

The revival of the Atlantic Charter, the proceedings of the G7 Summit and of the NATO summit in June are a clear indication that US imperialism is headed on a dangerous course of confrontation with China, Russia and all countries that stand in its way. However, it does not want to do this alone.  It is trying to use the resources and forces of its allies to carry out its self-serving agenda of global domination.  Threatened by the resistance it is facing to its aggressive pursuit, US imperialism is stepping up its warmongering behavior and applying pressure on both its opponents and its allies.  This is greatly increasing the tension and conflict in the world today. It is the major threat to peace and security of the peoples.

Meeting organized by Mazdoor Ekta Committee on Unemployment – the fellow-traveler of capitalism

On 27th June 2021, Mazdoor Ekta Committee organized an online meeting on the topic “Unemployment – the fellow-traveler of capitalism”. Workers, women, youth and political activists participated enthusiastically in it. Concerned by the burning problem of unemployment – which has started taking a severe turn due to the Corona epidemic and lock down – all the participants listened carefully to the presentation of Mazdoor Ekta Committee and also gave their views on the subject.
