Kisan andolan – Present situation and the way forward

Third meeting organized by Mazdoor Ekta Committee

More than a year after kisans in Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and other parts of India began their agitation against the three anti-kisan laws passed by the central government, and nearly 11 months after the kisans began their protests at the borders of the capital, the central government continues to arrogantly reject this entirely just demand of crores of our kisans, who toil to feed our people. However, the kisans are united and determined to take the struggle forward, to all parts of the country.

Protest action against unemployment and rising prices

Communist and Left parties organized a protest march in Delhi on September 30, against the all-sided and growing attacks on the livelihood and rights of the working people. The protest action was organized at Jantar Mantar. The protest was jointly organized by the Communist Party of India (CPI), Communist Party of India-Marxist (CPIM), Communist Party of India-Marxist Leninist (CPIML), Communist Ghadar Party of India (CGPI), All India Forward Bloc (AIFB) and Revolutionary Socialist Party (RSP).
